Returns & Exchanges

At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and within the 30-day purchase window, as we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients or essential oils for safety and hygiene reasons.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them using a trackable carrier to our British Columbia facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and a potential 15% restocking fee.
