How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy on raw ingredients?
To ensure the purity and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients, essential oils, or fragrances once the seal has been broken. Unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
